The LGBTQ+ Committee provides a welcoming space for connection, community, and leadership within the CMBA. Relaunched with a renewed focus, the Committee brings together members who are interested in building professional networks, supporting meaningful programming, and advancing inclusion within the legal community.
Through its work, the Committee fosters opportunities for collaboration, dialogue, and visibility, helping to ensure that LGBTQ+ voices are represented and supported across the profession. Members engage in initiatives that strengthen connections, create space for shared experiences, and contribute to a more inclusive legal environment in Northeast Ohio.
