This program will provide a practical overview of key issues that arise at this intersection, including work authorization, I-9 compliance, anti-discrimination considerations, and employer obligations under federal law. Attendees will gain insight into common risks, recent developments, and best practices for advising clients navigating a workforce that includes noncitizen employees.
